On September 9, 2025, as part of the 2025 Practical Audit Training Program jointly organized by VACPA and the Faculty of Accounting and Auditing, University of Economics – Vietnam National University, Hanoi, AASC Auditing Firm Company Limited was one of two firms selected to host final-year students majoring in Accounting and Auditing for an Office Tour and career experience program.
Representing AASC’s leadership, Deputy General Director for Training, Ms. Do Thi Ngoc Dung, warmly welcomed the students and shared insights on:
- The firm’s organizational structure and standardized audit workflow—from client onboarding, audit planning, to execution and reporting;
- Recruitment criteria for young candidates, emphasizing not only technical competence but also critical thinking, responsibility, and integrity;
- Career development paths with transparent progression, structured internal training, and fair advancement opportunities.
Following the discussion, students toured key departments and observed auditors at work. Many expressed admiration for AASC’s professionalism, discipline, and culture of continuous learning.
